Honing tools with sleeves are designed for high-speed honing machines.
They can be used from a bore diameter of 4 mm on all honing machines from
well-known manufacturers.
The cylindrically expandable honing sleeve is electroplated or supplied with diamond or borazon honing stones – depending on the application.
The PWG single-stick honing tool range is designed for bores with a nominal diameter of 3 mm to 50 mm and can be used on all common machines from
well-known manufacturers (Degen, Kadia, Nagel, Sunnen, Gehring, …). We are also happy to offer you special dimensions.
The PWG multi-stone honing tool range is designed for bores in the diameter range
of 4 mm to 80 mm and can be used on all common machines from well-known manufacturers (Degen, Kadia, Nagel, Sunnen, Gehring, …). We are also happy to offer you special dimensions.
Honing shafts with galvanic diamond or CBN coating are economical tools for machining small holes in soft or hard materials.
These tools offers a very good price/performance ratio and are sufficient for many machining tasks. The tool is expanded by an expansion mandrel with the honing machine.
Diamond or Borazon Reamers are a further development of conventional lapping mandrels. However, lapping paste is no longer required, which eliminates the need for time-consuming cleaning.
Version with fixed shaft, cylindrical clamping, slotted front area and infinitely adjustable by means of a set screw.
The design of the honing device for your component to be machined is of crucial importance in order to achieve the required tolerances.

We offer two different types of deburring tools:
Reverse deburring tools with 1 or 2 cutting edges and electroplated ball deburring tools.
In our electroplating department, we cover steel wire brushes with diamond in various grain sizes – depending on the intended use.
The long-stroke internal round honing of components with holes in different positions and angular positions, which are produced in small and medium batch sizes, is usually associated with high costs.
A possible increase in cost-effectiveness was identified in the use of 6-axis industrial robots for honing machining. Thanks to the kinematic flexibility of an industrial robot, almost any machining position can be approached and the degree of automation, can be adapted depending on the application.
